| Abstract: | Approaches to estimate the changes of institution of family occurring in a modern society (transformation, modernization, crisis) are considered in the article. Special attention is attracted to the importance of complex analysis of the occurring processes, estimation of people's way of life and system of values. There's the analysis of changes in functions of family, the role of distribution of values of individualism in changes occurring to a family. The authors offer the approach to realization of the family policy directed to the formation of requirements for a family way of life, increase of the importance of family values. |
