| Abstract: | The essay investigates one of the fundamental problems of contemporary philosophy, aesthetics, art theory and cultural studies, that is specific character of art, born and developing in technocratic civilization system under its direct impact, utilizing the newest digital technologies. It reveals the character of new art languages based on technoelectronics - computer installations, internet art, interactive art and virtual art. It is stressed that contemporary multimedia and virtual complex of construction and composition in art practices is aimed at creation of multidimensional hypertext spaces. It activates creative abilities of receptivity but it is possible that it leads the contemporary art beyond the boundaries of its traditional definition as artistic phenomena. |
