| Abstract: |
The article is devoted to the new phenomena in Old Russian book tradition of the 15th - 16th centuries, connected with the reappraisal of the events, which took place during Batiy's invasion and the formation of images of new heroes in anti-tatar struggle. The topicality of the theme is explained by the reconstruction of those values, which were followed by Old Russian scribes in their narration of historical events and characters of Mongol-Tatar invasion epoch. The novelty of the study lies in the exposure of mechanism of image transformation made on the basis of Old Russian literature monuments of the mentioned period. |
