The article deals with basic problems of the modern church building in the context of the formation of its stylistic and functional peculiarity. Paper also studies the prob- lems of reconstruction of historical styles, compliance with the church canons, the role of the church in the modern city, identification of the main tasks of the modern design of churches on the basis of modern technological possibilities and construction practices. |
