This article is a review of «Slavic» art-critical pages of the magazine «Apollo» (1909–1917), the main theme of which was the idea of unification of the Slavic peoples on the basis of art. The author focuses on the problem of preservation of Slavic heritage, as well as determining the place and importance of art in the Slavic world art scene of the early twentieth century. |
