Abstract: The article centers on basic problems in educational sphere. It underlines the strengthening of the «western» vector of reforms carried out in these countries the increase of commercialization in secondary and higher education while the existing legislations allow in some cases to keep a prerogative of free education. The conclusion is drawn on synchronization of current processes in such countries, as Russia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Poland and Czech, representing most representative «areas» of cultural-educational space of the Slavic world.
