The purpose of this article is to discuss the problem of the actualization of traditional nuptial rites in modern culture. Inherited human necessity of the ritualization of important vital events, keeping popular nuptial traditions in the memory of old-timers and the ability of secondary folk groups to be performers of artistic aspect of traditional ceremonies are the factors of incorporation of traditional nuptial rites. |
