| Abstract: |
As a result of archaeological investigations of 2002 in Torzhok on the Tvertsa River embankment a white stone construction was found. It has been identified by P. D. Malygin and N. A. Sarafanova as the remains of one of the stone towers of 1340. The presented article suggests some other variants of attribution and dating for the revealed monument. |
