| Abstract: |
The paper makes an attempt to examine some aspects of Vends and Slavs consciousness to clarify what ethnic and cultural elements have a close relation to the meaning of the words «Slavs» and «Slovens». The materials for the paper were drawn from the history of material culture, ethnology and geography sources. This article has also confirmed the point of view of modern Slavic research about common ethnic-historical destiny of Vends and ancient Slavs. |
